Large Meeting / Conference Room – Seated At Tables
The large meeting room seats 24 at tables, with ranchsliders at both ends of the room.
The room hireage includes:
- Large Projector Screen (*a projector is available for hire, at additional cost)
- Tables (up to 6 large tables if required)
- Chairs (up to 30 if required)
Perfect for board meetings, presentations, seminars, large classes, yoga & exercise groups, craft classes.

The large meeting room seats 27-30 theatre style, with ranchsliders at both ends of the room.
The room hireage includes:
- Large Projector Screen (*a projector is available for hire, at additional cost)
- Tables (if required)
- Chairs (up to 30 if required)
Perfect for Annual General Meetings, presentations, seminars, large classes, yoga & exercise groups.

Classroom / Boardroom / Meeting Room – up to 12 people
The Classroom seats 12 people and can be used as a classroom or boardroom for meetings.
Room hireage includes:
- Wifi internet access
- Tables/desks and chairs
- Whiteboard
- Access to upstairs kitchenette, coffee and tea facilities.

Counselling Room – Tui
We have two counselling rooms available – The Fantail Room and Tui Room.
As the name suggests, the Tui Counselling Room is a larger room and perfect for meeting with couples, families or for meetings with two or more people.
The room is permanently set up and includes:
- 2 x 2 seater couches
- 1 chair
- Office desk with office chair
- Whiteboard
- Kitchenette facilities (including the use of cups, glasses, plates, cutlery etc.)
The room has been used by a range of hirers for counselling sessions, employment dispute meetings where it is advisable to meet off-site, mediation etc.
Reception and waiting area are available between 9.00am and 3.00pm weekdays (excluding public holidays)

Counselling Room – Fantail
We have two counselling rooms available – The Fantail Room and the Tui Room.
The Fantail Counselling Room is a smaller room which is perfect for one to one counselling, mentoring or small family meetings (2-3 people). Equipped with couches & plenty of natural light.
Reception and waiting area are available between 9.00am and 3.00pm weekdays (excluding public holidays)
